Help
The Cancer Care Foundation of South Texas provides educational information
for the public regarding topics related to prevention, treatment, diet and caretaking,
for patients with cancer and their families.
Hope
Finding better treatment options and working towards a cure benefits all patients
with cancer. Donations to the Cancer Care Foundation of South Texas help fund cancer
research activities, and provide some patients with the option of participating in
clinical trials and receiving investigational drugs that they may not otherwise have
access to.
Aid
Cancer can be a financially devastating disease and the Cancer Care Foundation of
South Texas can help those in need that are affected by cancer by providing resources for
services including, physician services, medical treatment, prescriptions, medical devices,
dental care, transportation and assistance with temporary housing.
The Cancer Care Foundation of South Texas was founded in 2006 to provide
support and enhance services for cancer patients in need. Every gift to the
foundation is used to help improve the quality of life for cancer patients.
The foundation is a community-based, non-profit service that offers support
to anyone in need in the San Antonio and surrounding area who is dealing with cancer.
The Cancer Care Foundation of South Texas receives funds from individuals, memorials
in lieu of flowers, bequests, corporations and community fundraising.
